Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2025

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ZodForge Cloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free tier, pro, and enterprise subscribers.

1. Service Description

ZodForge Cloud is an AI-powered schema refinement API that:

  • Analyzes Zod schemas and suggests improvements
  • Uses OpenAI GPT-4 Turbo and Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet
  • Provides type-safe TypeScript schema generation
  • Integrates with the ZodForge CLI tool

We strive for 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and current.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Not sharing your account or API keys with others

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Enterprise Tier ($99/month): Unlimited requests, all AI providers, dedicated support, custom SLA, team management, 7-day free trial

3.2 Billing

Pro and Enterprise plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge. After the trial, your subscription begins and payment is processed.

3.4 Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing support
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months unless required by law
  • 100% money-back guarantee: Full refund within 7 days of first charge (no questions asked)

4. Usage Limits & Fair Use

4.1 Rate Limits

  • Free: 100 requests/month, 10 requests/hour
  • Pro: 5,000 requests/month, 100 requests/hour

Exceeding limits results in 429 (Too Many Requests) responses. Unused requests do not roll over.

4.2 Fair Use Policy

"Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use. Excessive or abusive usage (e.g., millions of requests, botting, reselling) may result in rate limiting or account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate laws
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
